Everyone who ordered the JMEV EV3 Pakistan delivery received an update from Capital Smart Motors. The wait is almost over; however, the firm has already confirmed that the JMEV EV3 will be ready for delivery, and handovers will begin soon.
JMEV EV3 Pakistan Delivery: What’s Confirmed?
CSM introduced the EV3 in Pakistan in March 2026. JMEV manufactures this all-electric subcompact hatchback, and Capital Smart Motors imports it into Pakistan. After CSM previewed it at PAPS 2025, the company is now delivering the car for the first time.
Meanwhile, a couple of months ago, the initial batch of EV3 units departed from JMEV’s factory in China. In the final blog post by CSM, they plainly stated: “Well, the wait is over, the EV3 is here and soon to be delivered.
CSM will directly contact existing customers with their handover schedules.
JMEV EV3 Price and Variants in Pakistan
There are two variants of the EV3.
- The base variant “Comfort” begins at Rs. 4,899,000.
- The premium variant is priced at Rs. 4,999,999.
Additionally, both prices are ex-factory prices. They exclude documentation fees/taxes and freight, so the final on-road cost will be higher. Customers booked the EV3 with a payment of Rs. 490,000.
JMEV EV3 Battery, Range and Performance
A 30 kWh Lithium Iron Phosphate battery powers the EV3. For a city car, output is reasonably modest (67 horsepower and 125 Nm of torque with a maximum power rating of 95 kW). The top speed is in the range of 102 km/hr.
Different sources report different range figures for the EV3. According to its own product page, CSM boasts a 330 km range. According to an independent dealership listing, the other listed figure is 271 km under the WLTP testing standard, a figure which generally does a better job of showing real-world performance than some manufacturer numbers. Any higher number should be considered a best-case scenario, not a set daily number.
The EV3 supports both AC fast charging and DC fast charging, with CSM yet to reveal any specific time details of charging.
Size and Features
EV3 is a small vehicle designed for an urban environment, not for road trips on long highway distances. It measures 3,720 mm long, 1,640 mm wide, and 1,535 mm tall, with a 2,390 mm wheelbase.
On the feature side, CSM touts in excess of seven ADAS safety features, a 360-degree camera, and Apple CarPlay support. CSM also offers a 5-year price buyback guarantee and an 8-year battery guarantee, both targeting the initial EV buyer wariness of a market that’s still accepting electric vehicles.
Why This Launch Matters?
Pakistan EV market remains small but is growing fast, while cost has been the problem for most EV owners. That hesitation is overcome by a sub-5-million-rupee electric hatchback with a battery warranty and buyback guarantee. CSM has also bundled the EV3 into what it views as a change rather than standing on its own merits, in line with the ongoing government drive for green mobility.
Ultimately, the success of EV3 will likely depend on two factors: real-life range vs projected range and warranty/after-sales.
