The Sindh government has launched the Pink EV Scooty Scheme to empower women by providing free electric scooters to female students and working professionals across the province. This initiative aims to promote women’s mobility, independence, and participation in public life.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Residency Requirement: Must be a permanent resident of Sindh
- Student or Employment Status: Should be a student or employed
- Driving License: Must hold a valid motorcycle or car driving license
- Scooty Retention: Must retain the scooty for at least 7 years without selling or renting it out
- Riding Skill Test: Must pass a road safety skill test if shortlisted
Application Process:

- Navigate to Projects: Click on the “Projects” tab
- Select Application Form: Choose “EV Scooty Ballot Form – Application Form”
- Fill and Submit: Fill out the form, upload required documents (CNIC, domicile, PRC, driving license, and student or employee ID), and submit
